This is Where I Leave You. Seriously one of the worst movies I've ever watched. Just top-to-bottom horseshit, an endless barrage of unbearable and ham-fisted heart-to-hearts. For such a likeable cast, something went seriously wrong for this to suck so bad. Totally bland, witless piffle.

I didn't think it was a bad movie, even if it was rather ham fisted. but then I'm an unworldly slob so

promised land - i like most of the people involved with this...it started out decent enough, but the end is just cheesy and i felt like they could have tackled the subject with more depth

st. vincent - this was pretty good, but i'm not sure it would have had much appeal without murray...i haven't seen melissa mccarthy in much, but based on what i've seen she's always the loud, f*t woman is over the top character that i don't find amusing in the least...i thought she brought a lot of depth to the character here and i was surprised at how good she was
