I was going to post something snarky here but you asked an interesting. My guess is watch what Elon says about the speech as he would have the best real-time sentiment analysis of the public reaction but I don't know how his analysts would differentiate between people who did watch it, did not watch it, just saw short clips in algorithmically delivered tweets, or are just retweeting the clips.

i dont think i can trust what elon has to say. there are various reports out there that he has had his tweets or tweets he ikes to be artificially inflated to get more exposure

Also, Twitter is in no way a reflection of reality.

But polling people about a speech they didnt watch is going to be a difficult question to answer in any case.
