I try not to read spoilers but I read that Luke
- Spoiler: show
- will only be seen in the present at the very end of the movie. The last shot is Rey handing him his lightsaber. Episode 8 will feature much more Luke.

- I've heard similar. Though, who knows where that info comes from or how reliable it is. I haven't heard that bit about how the movie ends with Rey and the saber and all that. But I have heard rumors that Luke isn't in much of the film, probably just toward the end, and features much more in VIII.

One of the very first rumors having to do with this film involved Anakin's lightsaber, so unless that was a wild guess, there's a chance some other reliable details have leaked.

Well we know his original saber is in the movie because of the trailers. I don't know how much info was available before that first teaser.

Spent today and last night listening to the ESB soundtrack.
Man there's so much more involved when you sit down and just focus on the music.
It informs so much. No other films I can think of use music so effectively or rather depends on its music so much but if anything this has helped me realise what a master john Williams is.
Can't even begin to imagine how much work goes into scoring a film let alone a series that has to have elements spread across its series. It's incredible though.

Abrams said this movie is for the fans. Imagine if he kills Jar Jar on screen. The crowd would erupt.

- It looks pretty clear to me that it's Maz Tanaka handing the saber over to Leia in the trailer.

I read one interview with JJ where he joked about wanting to put Jar Jar's dead skeleton in the background on the desert planet. I doubt he'll really do it, but it would be pretty funny.

I'll be pissed if there's a Jar-Jar dig in this movie. That would be the worst.

Guys, Jar Jar is George's favourite character so we should just leave him alone.

And kids love Jar Jar. Some younger kids might be traumatized by seeing him dead or seeing him die. Think of the children!

Fuck the children.
No, I don't -- that's -- don't fuck the children. Okay. No one is saying to fuck the children. But fuck'em. Y'know?
