I've seen a few people mention Montreal, but I remember there was some chatter around the 2016 tour that Live Nation and the Videotron center in Quebec City had signed them for two shows. Not sure if that is still a thing however it would explain why Quebec City keeps coming up.

There will be no Montreal show in 2020. Supposedly, that venue in Quebec City pays a premium to acts with the stipulation that they play no where else in Quebec. I'm not sure if that detail is true.
