But then again European reliance on US military makes them more controllable, so we wouldn't want them to have to develop their own militaries.BurtReynolds wrote:

There are 28 member states of NATO, an alliance purpose built for war with Russia. 5 of them border Russia. Explain to me again why NATO continued to exist after the Cold War?
I'm not clear on what you said there, but If you don't want war with Russia, you should probably be more concerned with the administration currently moving troops into Eastern Europe and throwing Russian diplomats out of the country. AKA, The NOT Trump Administration.dimejinky99 wrote:BurtReynolds wrote:It is obsolete and probably shouldn't have outlasted the Cold War.dimejinky99 wrote:'NATO is obsolete' says trump. Pointless give no the next war will start and finish in less than an hour. And there will be nobody left to talk about it

Maybe, but NATO encroachment on Russia's borders and the Western establishment's aggression makes nuclear war more likely, not less. None of that has anything to do with Trump.dimejinky99 wrote:BurtReynolds wrote:I'm not clear on what you said there, but If you don't want war with Russia, you should probably be more concerned with the administration currently moving troops into Eastern Europe and throwing Russian diplomats out of the country. I meant the next war will be nuclear. Ground troop movements are just a prelude to it. And will have no bearing on the final outcome. We're all fucked. It's all over bar the shouting.
This story seems too crazy not to be made up by Trump's opposition, butIn December of 2016, Keyserling engaged in a “political argument” with a woman and allegedly declared, “I love this new world. I no longer have to be politically correct.” As the woman turned to walk away, Keyserling reportedly reach from behind and placed his hand between her legs and pinched on or near her genital area.
After reviewing a surveillance video of the incident, police determined that its contents were consistent with the woman’s claims.

Also, it's pretty funny Veritas and others started talking about protester violence right after...cutuphalfdead wrote:No this thing you're referring to is a stink bomb. A dirty bomb is a bomb that is packed with radioactive material. It wouldn't be a nuclear explosion but would spread radiation and poison people.
