Kd's recommendation to listen to the version on PJ20 has helped me re appreciate that song a bit.

I think if they tweaked Bu$hLeaguer (Riot Act, 2003) and Ghost (Riot Act, 2003), and replaced Get Right (Riot Act, 2003) and Help Help (Riot Act, 2003) with better songs, Riot Act would be right up there with their best albums. Green Disease (Riot Act, 2003) and 1/2 Full (Riot Act, 2003) aren't top songs for me, but they are still ok.

My top half is the foundation for something great imo:

Arc (Riot Act, 2003) is a good mood piece.

Ghost is nearly there, but the chorus lets the song down. Bu$hLeaguer could have been really good, but part of the message (including the name of the song) and execution just seem too direct.

Ed's delivery is a bit off in some songs, while the production is top notch.

All in all it's a solid album, that could have been great.
