That's cool. Just ask her when you want her to go with you and she'll tell you.

If you say so... my favorite way to throw discs is like a softball and that just hurts.
Anyone else throw their discs overhand?
I hate to say I love you,

Once in awhile it seems useful to throw it overhand. Especially if stuck inside a bush somewhere. lol.

I guess I'm doing ok because I've been told my X-step is good.

I'm capable of throwing forehand, my distance is just awful and the release point is never consistent.

Went even par for the front 9 today for my best front 9 ever on this course. Then completely lost it on the back 9.

Played 2 rounds today, one at peaks view park which is the super easy course and i was only able to finish even par. Then this evening i played falling creek and finished +17, which isn't bad for me there, i played bad on the front 9 and pretty good on the back 9, at both courses i threw some good shots and some bad shots, but had a good time

So do any of you guys call them frisbees, or are they always discs in America?

Frisbee is what you toss back and forth at the park or beach. They are bigger and don't fly the same as the discs used for disc golf. But yes, we have frisbees.

The last two Sundays, I've won the handicap tournament at USF Riverfront Park.

Last week, I won $45. Today, I won $35.

Not bad...

No play for me lately. Boooo. In November though, my concert road trip has turned into a 4 day "play as many courses as possible in NM and AZ before a PJ concert" adventure. The kicker is I'm not allowed to play any PJ in the car. pfffff... Looks like I'm going to have to buy and MP3 player and ear buds.

I had another ace yesterday. This time it was an open shot. Just a 181 footer on the local college course. Only one tree in the way that was easy to throw around. Still, it is always nice to see that disc getting closer and closer until it clangs the chains.

i know im still new to the game for the most part, think ill ever get an ace, i have thrown a few that have ended up under the basket but never really one that seemed to have a chance, but if i can get my accuracy to be less terrible then i might have a shot

I hit a hole in one off a 3 par 3 years ago. That bitch sat perfect. I shot 2 over on the first and one over on the 2nd, though. It was, and still is, a dinky 3 hole at a local garden. The story starts cooler than it ends.

Took 3rd place in the weekly handicap today. That's 3 out of the last 4 weeks that I've cashed...

That private lesson with local pro JohnE McCray paid off for me!
