I've not had this issue. But I don't use YouTube TV.

I chatted with YouTube TV support last night, and they had me uninstall the app, reinstall it, power cycle and reboot the roku, then log back into YTTV. We’ll see if that works.

For the most part yes. But like some tv's that come with amazon fire built in, I think there are some that have Roku built in as well.
