I really enjoyed Ties and Holding It Together from Waves.
Other great tracks:
Less Likely (The Vietnam War)
The Start of Things (Mid 90s)
A Minute to Breathe (Before the Flood)
Looking Forwards and Backwards (Bird Box)
Them and Us (Patriots Day)
Fuck (The Killer)
Epiphany (Soul)

vietnam war was awesome, most nin sounding one to my ears.
i really enjoyed before the flood too, nice mix of styles in there.
watchmen and the fincher ones are probably the best tho.

I must've listened to The Fragile a thousand times but 'Just Like You Imagined' still blows me away. Holy shit what a tune.

I also listened to Ghosts V and VI again. They're nice and all, but they kind of sound like Trent in film score/OST mode. It might sound silly, but it seems kind of weird to release this stuff as NIN.

yeah, those two are weird but in context i think it was the first step he did for the soundtrack stuff with his name.

I didn't really care for Ghosts V-VI, despite liking a few tracks -- I remember they both felt really striking and prescient during those early COVID days, but whenever I've gone back and listened to them they mostly feel dull. Ghosts I-IV is one of my favorite NIN records though. Really need to check out some of his film score stuff -- it's been on my to-do list for ages.

I know you're not a much of a Deluxe-on-streaming guy, but the remixes are really good too. And the 40 minute "In Conversation with T-Rez" tacked on the end is a surprisingly captivating listen. I could listen to that guy all day!
