I had some eclairs this morning. The small frozen kind that you defrost. It’s a guilty pleasure.

Made a stop at Shipley on the way to pre-k drop off today. Not the most prepared parenting moment, but who cares.

My kid has become obsessed with Stan’s Donuts and knows where to find the four packs at the store, so I’ve been having a few more of these than usual lately.

Bought some groceries today and there was a huge vat of cottage cheese in one of my bags. It must have belonged to the lady behind me in line. What am i gonna do with this?

Put some in a bowl, dump in some maple syrup, and you've got yourself a nice treat.

Or put some on top of your pancakes or waffles (and again with the maple syrup)

I put some cottage cheese in my oat meal every morning. Highly recommended.
