The writing was on the wall. I've been doing this long enough. I had zero expectations. I was the 6th seed for crying out loud. I had no business being in the final. It's hard to be too upset. I got like $20 out of it.

See I tried that last year and all I had was Lamar. I had to stream when he was hurt and then he came back ineffective so more periodic streaming. I took a chance on a few rookie WR’s and building some depth instead. Misfired on one of the former but you live you probably don’t learn

Know your league. That's the most important thing. If drafting two QBs is important or a good idea based on your league rules or your league-mate's tendencies, then I get it. It's still weird, but I get it.

Also, getting bitten in the past makes sense, too. It's hard to overcome that kind of experience. No matter what anyone says, you'll always remember the time...

Oh sure. Purdy kinda fell to me and I wasn’t crazy about the backup RB’s available. Possible trade bait too if say Mahomes quits during game 3

In most leagues RBs are far more valuable. They score way more points. You start at least 2 and maybe as many as 4 depending on your league's Flex spots. Having a wealth of RBs is good strategy.

Streaming QBs is usually pretty easy (again depending on the league). Taking a second QB that you know you aren't going to start week one means you're missing out on depth and value at other, more valuable positions. To me it's a waste of a draft spot most of the time.
