8 oz filets seasoned with salt, pepper, and butter. Asparagus. And I made a mushroom, prosciutto, and goat cheese sauce to go with the steak.

I made up my own spice blend and winged a whole barbecue chicken...turned out delicious

I cooked 6 big Cumberland sausages today ‘for my dog’ and now I’ve eaten most of them and I ain’t hungry but I know I will be later tonight.

i do the trifecta meatballs a lot but i was lacking the veal and i didn't feel like going out of my way to the store today..
