As it's been so hot here we've been doing a cold press using a plunger/french press. Overnight in the fridge and it's great. Made some really strong ice cubes too.

That sounds lovely. We've been doing some cold press overnight in the fridge as well. Great stuff. My wife drinks most of that though since she works from home. I don't get as much of it as I'd like. But it's damn good.

Same as yours, sounds like. French press, fridge over night. Haven't made any cubes yet though. That's a great idea. I'll do that next.

And crisp full cream milk. Oh man it rocks my world.

Best way apparently. Just listened to the caffeine Stuff You Should Know and it is the best way to avoid post coffee crashes which are more likely post sugar high crashes.

I'm still not clear on the technique. Hot water french press in the fridge over night, or cold water?

If hot water, plunge first then put it in the fridge overnight?

If cold water, plunge after it's been in overnight in the fridge?
