honestly, i probably wouldn't know good veal from mediocre. the only time i use it is in meatballs.

thanks, joe..tonight is indeed a chicken pot pie but tomorrow i'll belly up to the bar and order a prime rib and shrimp cocktail..home by 7 and bed and 8
