That sounds lovely. We've been doing some cold press overnight in the fridge as well. Great stuff. My wife drinks most of that though since she works from home. I don't get as much of it as I'd like. But it's damn good.

Same as yours, sounds like. French press, fridge over night. Haven't made any cubes yet though. That's a great idea. I'll do that next.

I'm still not clear on the technique. Hot water french press in the fridge over night, or cold water?

If hot water, plunge first then put it in the fridge overnight?

If cold water, plunge after it's been in overnight in the fridge?

It's great. Just fill it with your coffee grounds before bed, put it in a mason jar, leave it on the counter (no fridge). Come morning, we've got 16 oz of strong, smooth iced coffee.
