The drum tone is perfect, the guitar is excellent. I love how the guitar chords in the main riff are played just slightly flat. It turns a schlock ballad into something slightly messier.

Nah - I wouldn't go that far. I didn't hate Clocks or Speed of Sound, and I wouldn't say that they have balls. Yellow just never did it for me

Coldplay WAS good, in my opinion. They did good songs, but then they started thinking they were the best artists of their category.

Then the "hey, I'm going to sell myself" started and here we have this today's Coldplay.

I prefer Clocks from the Deadplay, were so cold that died

Clocks and speed of sound are good; only because they're exactly the same songs. The rest can get fucked.
