Gov. Tim Walz says Democratic Rep. Melissa Hortman and her husband were shot and killed last night in “a politically motivated assassination.”

Gov. Tim Walz says Democratic Rep. Melissa Hortman and her husband were shot and killed last night in “a politically motivated assassination.”

John Hoffman and his wife were both shot as well. They appear to be in stable condition right now, I guess.

The suspect had a list of targets of all kinds. Dunno how they know that when he hasn’t been arrested yet I don’t think ?

according to Bloomberg: Police said a “manifesto” listing lawmakers throughout the US was found in a vehicle linked to the suspect, who was at large and the subject of a major law enforcement dragnet.
