first dealer came back and offered me $300 for all three

being naive i stopped at the local police station and asked them the best way to sell them. was told to secure each gun and then take it to a gun shop. upon getting home i realized i had no clue how to check if they were loaded. took them back to the station to have them check for me.

mistake one was transporting weapons i am not registered to carry and may be loaded. they understood the situation and knew i meant no malice. they checked each and none were loaded or anything. friends with the one cop and he ran the serial numbers and they were not stolen but also there was no owner listed. they suggested getting them appraised as they were impressed with the mauser and armi-tanfoglio.

so now i wait to hear back from the gun shops i reached out to if they are interested in purchasing them

I think those are all from April. We keep seeing more and more people so thirsty for a chance to use their gun as a means to assert themselves that there’s no impulse left to review the situation, themselves, or their options.

Would you consider that this a media induced perception? These are events are sickening, but minuscule relative to the total number of violent guns deaths.
