Whatever.

Right now I'm chatting with 3 friends who live in Florida who have a kid, a sister, a co-worker, and four other friend/family members etc with cases. Some are real sick. They all believe they will contract it too.

So it's not just "stats", let alone "useless" ones
I'd say this, living in a suburb east of Orlando, our hot spots are really only Orange county, which includes Orlando, Oceola County, which includes Disney and parts of Seminole county where I live, Oveido and Altamonte Springs being the hotspots there. Miami and South Florida is getting creamed and Tampa is seeing high rates. The issue again is truly a lack of leadership, counties really can't force people to wear masks or shutdown with out Ronnie D's support. That said, people are wearing masks now, but their are dozen of lake parties going on as I speak, my complex's pool is like 25-30 people deep right now.

Anyone between 18 and 35 really doesn't give two fucks about what's going on. Even parents are like, "if it's my time to go, so be it, I'm not gonna hurt my kid's life" My wife's friend said this to us over a zoom hangout the other night.

But I've learned my lesson, I was in big denial over this, But then it came to NY weeks after I moved and it took my mom's life in her nursing home, put my brother in the ER, made my brother in law so sick he still can't breathe right and my father got it in his assisted living facility back on long Island, NY. We still haven't had my mother's funeral or wake. The only thing I would really like in the next few years in 5 minutes alone in a room with Andrew Cuomo.

That's true. I guess I meant the 4 that I mentioned are the basic tallied numbers upon which all other stats are derived from. But like verb mentioned , there are also hospitalization/ICU numbers, and those that have recovered is also important number.

This makes me truly sad. I am sorry you were hit so hard.

The nursing home order only made sense if they moved patients around to have dedicated COVID facilities, and they made no attempt to do so.

In the last month, average daily new cases have gone up 177%. In that same time period, daily testing increased by 23%.

God I hope so, but this pandemic is following almost the exact same path a 100 years ago.

I'm no antivaxxer, but no way I'm being the guinea pig for a rushed out vaccine.

I'd let them stick a vaccine up my urethra tomorrow. I don't care.

This guy's hit and miss, but his list of new classroom jobs for kids is great.

"You might have the Coronas!"
