The soundcheck was about the same no? minus the thousands of people singing along.
the band sounded a lot louder on the sound check
Dang, oh well.
For a camera tied to a traffic light outside the building its not so bad lol.

My first impression of "Lightning Bolt"= didn't like it.
First impression of "Future Days"= sounds like a nice song.
Of course, this is all from that shitty feed from outside Wrigley.

My feed kept cutting out during Lightning Bolt. Every other song around it was fine of course. Future Days seems nice, but according to the set list, they just skipped a really good section of songs.

Yea, disappointed but not surprised they cut speed of sound/sleight of hand etc...

When I saw that set list, I was really excited for that encore section, could have been nice. I would have cut Mother, but whatever. Hopefully they play full Chloe/Crown.

Lighting Bolt sounded like AC/DC cheese and Future Days sounded like Just Breathe #2. Uh oh..

I think it is amazingly cool that PJ soldiered on with this show. Phish and Bjork canceled their respective outdoor show sin Chicago but PJ made it happen. Fuck yea.
This band.

Looks like they skipped over Speed, Sleight and Man.

It is pretty decent of them. I'm sure there'll be a lot of disappointed people who went home and missed it though.

the worst tragedy of all was RM being down in the midst of this crisis. shameful really. I had to deal with what passes for wit on Twitter. Twitter!

Pretty cool that they made it happen. I have a few friends out there that were going to wait it out no matter what.
