Restructured for the 15 and for the 10 after realizing I could handle it by making extra payments on the 30. It definitely can add up. I had to hang my own. I learned. Lots of trial and error. I had to paint over some holes. We ended up just using curtains in the dining room and living room, but blinds might be important for the bedrooms to block out the sunlight in the morning.
