Liked:
The way they set up a lot of the upcoming stuff. Spiderman obviously, The Falcon/Winter Soldier show, presumably Guardians 3 (maybe featuring Thor?)
The final battle was more compelling than anticipated
I kinda forgot Captain Marvel existed until she was tearing through Thanos ship
The Tony Stark Death Scene. Honestly the most genuine the Tony/Pepper relationship felt throughout the whole series.
Captain America living a life, and the passing of the mantle.
I know dime hates Ant Man, but I actually really like his "eager to be there" enthusiasm the vast majority of the time. Maybe the most "real" of any of the characters.

Loved:
The way they incorporated so much of the previous movies and the unexpected appearances.
The Robert Redford scene, and very much the recreating of the elevator scene in the different context especially.
The Captain America fighting Captain America scene (I can do this all da... I know!!!)
The tenuous normalcy of 5 years later
Thanos Vs. Captain Marvel/Cap/Iron Man fight
The total acceptance and all in willingness for fan service (cap with thors hammer)

Didnt Care for:
I know it becomes a thing in the comics, but the "Girl Power" scene was a little over the top.
Obvious Black Widow was going to die the second it was her and Hawkeye going to get the Soul Stone together
Fat Thor as a joke went on Entirely too long.
The deaging CGI on Rene Russo was... not good. Not as bad as Falcons facial hair though.

Yeah, wtf kind of beard was Falcon going for, there?

So, why was Ned still in high school when Parker hoes back there? Unless he’s dumb as a post, he (and all of the gang, really) should be in college after the five year break.

Very interesting that Spider-Man actually remembered dusting out.

The whole audience collectively gasped when Cap grabbed the hammer. That was so fucking awesome.

I think the point was they had both been dusted.

I had to google that when I got home. Ned was dusted. But that makes Far From Home a little confusing, unless the entire class was dusted?

Half of humanity was dusted, it just so happens that the characters that are relevant to Peter's story were in that half

Tony talked about it at the beginning where his kid had the helmet

THINK it’s mentioned in an earlier film?
But it’s kind of referenced a few times in this. He tells Morgan mom never wears it anyways, meaning the helmet/mask and Tony shouting at cap about how he wanted suits located all over.

*an odd point /thing to say given it was Tony taking the Governments side when they were limiting the avengers ability and trying to regulate them.

That wasn’t explained well at all. If that’s the case, that kinda sucks.

Well on a bigger level you would have had much much bigger disasters at the dusting like half the planes falling out of the sky and millions and millions of car crashes etc etc

Bringing them back raises more problems. They turn up having been brough back, knock on their door to find their wife or husband has a new wife or husband.
And then will and probate and estates would have already been resolved and oh shit you’re alive! All that.
Were pregnant women who were dusted still pregnant when they’re brought back?

I admit I was a little disappointed that the CM pager scene wasn’t in it. Nor would it work within it as the movie was presented.

I loved captain marvel. I hadn’t seen the film and watched it last night and thought it was great but especially as it goes in and all the setup. More than most the others.
