This one has became the fav ballad for me from Gigaton.
Ed’s lyrics are on point and I love the outro.
The film clip is shit. Something simple about a on a boat that gets caught in a storm at the end would have been ten times better.

There’s a making of video on YouTube for Retrograde. It’s short and gives a brief overview.
But basically superimposed Greta’s face on a stand in. Did the same for the members of the band on the tarot cards.

Decent enough song but that video is cack.
The album references was probably less a thing the band went with and more something that the video creatives went with.

This one feels like the Into the Wild soundtrack got drunk with the the last 5 tracks off Lightning Bolt . Feels like a Yellow Moon knockoff or something.
The "thunder or a crowd" part is cool but nothing else grabs me here.

It's subtle, but if you look closely at the first 30 seconds or so of the video, you'll notice a superblood wolfmoon. I need to delve into the text a bit more, but I believe the man in this video is the werewolf.

Wrote this at the gigaton thread, but figured I should put it here too:
Retrograde might actually be my favorite song on this album right now. It speaks to me in this moment like nothing else. Of course it helps that I'm going through major craziness with work and family, but yeah, the world's on fire and it's saying "Fuck it, let's go!" That sentiment carries over into River Cross. What a beautiful thing.
