So much potential for this show and it just fell flat. Big dud.

Some interesting things with the sith though. I get what they tried to do with telling the story of the Jedi beginning to wear on the glassy, the hubris, but it felt....weak? Messy story telling?

Also I thought Jedi/sith construct their own lightsaber with kyber crystals? The heck is this lightsaber turning red for like that just because she's turning to dark side. That's not how the force works!

It’s a thing they introduced a few years back in the new books.

Anyone going to the dark side has to bleed their kyber crystal.
Now in the books I’m pretty sure there was a kind of sith ritual to it
If I remember correctly Kylo cracked his sabers crystal when he tried to do it and that’s why he has that mad unstable lightsaber and the two cross guard blades are there on his.
But here we just see her going full dark and it corrupts the crystal as we watch.

I thought it was kinda cool to see.

The Sith do not construct their own lightsaber. They must take a lightsaber in combat and bleed the crystal. The bleeding of the crystal is one of the coolest things in new canon, I think, and finally getting to see it in live action was awesome.

The bleeding is the corrupting of the healthy crystal by infusing it with all those negative emotions like hate, anger, fear. The fact that Osha was able to do it that quickly, while the crystal was in the saber tells us how furious she was and how powerful she can be.

Side note/fun fact: Ahsoka restored/healed Sith crystals that had been bled and that's why her blades are white.

Also, wiper her memory or don't. Convenient he only wiped it back to the moment she remembered her mom being killed.

Plaugueis confirmed.

"Plagueis was always in the finale, in every version,” creator Leslye Headland told IndieWire on an upcoming episode of the Filmmaker Toolkit podcast. Darth Plagueis the Wise is a Sith Lord referenced most notably in “Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith” as part of Palpatine’s (Ian Mcdiarmid) pitch to Anakin (Hayden Christensen) to join the dark side — he was, in fact, Palpatine’s old master.

It wasn't an asteroid belt, it was the ring of a moon. And it looked awesome.

He said he was gonna wipe her memory of him and her sister. He also said he was going to try to do it. I think it makes sense the way it played out.

flying at speed through anything rocks or ice and taking no damage and doing it 'cos it looks cool' is exactly what ruined star wars..

Whats her face from the matrix apparently killed them after they possessed jedi wookie, however, i am unsure exactly how that happened.

I thought, for a second, that they died not unlike Luke died projecting himself through the force.
