The bike sections are possible to fail, but still pretty easy I think. The QTEs are not. The other stuff is so dumbed down it's insulting.

No way I'd pay 70 bucks for this.

There's been a crazy amount of bots hyping it up. So much so that "I'm having a blast" is becoming a meme.

Spider-Man was open world and gave you plenty of stuff to do even if the combat got repetitive after awhile. People seem to have turned on Spider-Man 2 lately, too.

They say Wolverine cost 300 million to make, but it looks like a lot of corners were cut and there is some indication that it might have been cut down a lot from the original scope, so maybe it didn't really cost that much. I dunno.

I got a PS3 very late in that console cycle and then a PS4 Pro right when it came out. When I got an Xbox, part of my thought process was that I could either get a PS5 cheap late in the console cycle (lol) or that I’d get a PS6 and at that point I could go back and play any cool PS5 exclusives I missed (lol), you know, because the discs would be cheap (lol). Really no regrets about going with Xbox.

Beating up random thugs (just like spiderman) drives me nuts but I'm here for the story.. the first boss fight was super cool

Yeah you can't swing around nyc but all those sm side missions for the most part were meh so whatever

I'm in this camp. I wasn't by any means expecting anything revolutionary, it's a SOLID 8/10 and looks fantastic. I'm also enjoying the story and voice acting WAY more than Spider Man 2. The latter was cringe worthy at times and honestly the worst part of Insomniac's last outing, despite the gameplay being so addicting. I'm just looking for fun till I devote hours of my life to GTA VI.
