Really too much to list. It had a lot to do with my entire throw. Foot placement, cross step, pull back, hip turn, pull through....just....everything.

I literally emptied my bag on every tee while he said, "do this....try this...pull more across your chest....flex your knees". It was painful, tiring, and awesome. We were the only two guys on the entire course.

RM Tourney getting close

Im heading out now for my first round in i think a month, i hope this doesn't turn out terribly

Played awful yesterday. Shot 12 over par.

It started raining pretty quick after we got there so we figured we would just play the first few holes then head home, but we waited out the rain and made it through the round but just basically practiced the whole round and didn't keep score, i think i was in the +15 to +20 range

Quite boldly and without apology I swiped 5 Innova discs out of the box of maybe 30 used discs that is being donated to the kids at the local schools.

Yeah, I prefer heavier discs too. They fly "truer" for me and can cut thorugh the wind.

A guy in the group i play in has lost a few of them also, they must be drawn to the woods

I have a Champion Valkyrie and it's probably my favorite disc. It's about 170g, give or take.
