Ruddo I think you’re getting unnecessarily specific now, and as durdlez suggests, you can pour a little in whenever. It doesn’t matter.

I've already forgotten the label. But this joint around the corner recommended some very smoky almost peaty, bourbon the other day. We grabbed a bottle and it's fucking delicious.
