i dont recall ever having a good cbh at a restaurant..all the homemade stuff always sucks..the pieces are always too big

Weiss Deli in Las Vegas (Henderson area) might be the fix you need. They also have one of the best bagels in North America

Way too easy to undercook the potatoes or overcook the meat that restaurant way.
