Went out for a quick five miles tonight. Got the tummy rumbles and it really hurt my pace. Only made it 4.25 then went home and pooped. I think I saw an undigested piece of an orange I ate last night in there.

5 miles in just over an hour with 230 ft elevation gain.

I think so Lenny. Experiencing way less pain. If i fixed the rest of my health choices I’d be in great shape by now.
