That kid was being really annoying and YouTube pranksters are the lowest possible form of entertainment, but there's no way that guy was justified in shooting him. Completely insane.

Found not guilty for shooting the guy, but guilty for discharging a firearm in an occupied building or something of that nature.

He shouldn’t have shot. Very annoying YouTuber harassing him but not life threatening (at that point)

the problem with the "feel threatened" defense is you cannot disprove it as it is up to each individual.


for instance me and higgs are walking on a trail and we see a snake. i feel completely threatened and cry like a baby while higgs calmly says look at that snake. its a baby.

i wish i could give you a logical reason for my trepidation. when i was a preteen me and my cousins would scour the creek by our grandmothers house and hunt and catch them
