i tried intervals again and it kinda sucked...i stopped after 2 miles

better than nothing, but i'm not surprised because i've felt tight the last few days despite stretching some

Did an easy kick-the-rust-off style 3 miler yesterday. Super slow pace (purposefully). Then went out for a 7 miler this morning. A little tight and some expected soreness. But still managed a 9:14 pace. Which I'm totally fine with right now.

Super humid today too, which didn't fucking help at all. Kinda just wished it would open up and goddamn rain on me arleady.

nyc can be very humid lenny..do you know how may shirts are dry cleaned each week because of peoples backs sweating?

i've barely moved the last few days, only stretched for a minute, and all i've had today is 4 pieces of pizza so i wasn't expecting anything great...i did 5k at 29:36 so i can live with that...i was sucking wind at the end of that, but did manage to jog a bit more than expected to finish out the 4 mile trail...i turned my watch off after 5k but looks like i did 4 miles around 40:00

trust me i totally get that me saying it's really cold here is nothing compared to what the northeast experiences...what's the humidity level in NYC on a very humid day?

keep up the good work...i did 8 miles on the stationary bike at 6am this morning even though i didn't want to...go chargers

it can be very disgusting just like the south..take a shower and you can't dry off sort of stuff..puts you in a bad mood all day where you just call in sick and go the air conditioned pub
