keep up the good work...i did 8 miles on the stationary bike at 6am this morning even though i didn't want to...go chargers
i really admire the morning workout folks, but man it's just not for me...my neighbor goes out at like 4:30 to jog  ...with the sun going down earlier and earlier i will probably need to give it a try though

should be a great game between two of NFL's finest

Super humid today too, which didn't fucking help at all. Kinda just wished it would open up and goddamn rain on me arleady.
very nice...i'm surprised it's so humid (relatively) up there
nyc can be very humid lenny..do you know how may shirts are dry cleaned each week because of peoples backs sweating?
1?

trust me i totally get that me saying it's really cold here is nothing compared to what the northeast experiences...what's the humidity level in NYC on a very humid day?
it can be very disgusting just like the south..take a shower and you can't dry off sort of stuff..puts you in a bad mood all day where you just call in sick and go the air conditioned pub
gotcha...i really didn't realize it got like that there

and the can't dry off after a shower thing is one of my biggest pet peeves...is there any cure for this disease?

It's already Thursday and I'm just now getting on the board for the weekly mileage. Can't remember the last time I took three days off in a row intentionally. Feels good to mentally reset.

Monday: 7.01 miles. 100 pushups.
Tuesday: 50 mins of circuit/weight fitness training. Walked a total of 8 miles through the day. 150 pushups.
Wednesday: 7.31 miles. 100 pushups.
Thursday: 50 mins of circuit/weight fitness training. Walked a total of 6 miles through the day. 150 pushups.
Friday: 7.20 miles. 100 pushups

Taking today and tomorrow totally off. Other than standing at work and walking to and from the subway stations and stuff like that, I ain't doing shit!

It was a great week. And I'm looking forward to resting.

I also worked out Friday and Sunday of last week. So in the last eight days, I've had 7 workouts/runs. Feeling strong. Probably get Covid tomorrow and knock me down a peg.

I've only ever run in Asics. I found a brand I liked (the Nimbus-Gels) a million years ago and have never tried switching up.

my coworker said she's always run in Asics and really likes them...i tried on those Brooks' today and really liked the feel...i have Boston's now and they're alright, but I bought a size too small and they're just too narrow

i think i'm going to swing by Fleet Feet and get fitted...not sure how their prices compare so can't say if i will purchase there
