epilogue wrote: Thu August 27, 2026 12:42 pm Last night at 'The Rocky Horror Show' on Broadway at Studio 54, director Sam Pinkleton set up a photo of Tom Curry as Frank in the lobby with candles and flowers and invited folks to come and take pictures and leave little tributes. Someone left a string of pearls, another left playing cards, another left a roll of toilet paper (IYKYK). I left a small disco ball.

Then after the curtain call, our current Frank (Paul Soilou) gave a speech honoring Tim and his legacy. At one point everyone in the sold out theatre was chanting "TIM".

After the speech, the current Frank invited a past and a future Frank to join the cast on stage. Luke Evans (who was Tony nominated for the role, and finished his run last Sunday) and Jake Shears of Scissor Sisters (who will be taking on the part in September) came out from the wings.

The three Franks lead the room in "I'm Going Home." It was magical and such a small but fitting tribute to Tim.

Yesterday was my day off from work. As is custom, my wife and I were at the beach. A friend texted me and that's how I learned of Tim's passing. But colleagues told me about the tribute and I couldn't miss it.

My wife and I went home to shower and eat real fast and then took the train into midtown. I'm so glad we did. Being in that room with those people is something I'll remember and cherish forever.

RIP Tim and thank you for all of it.
