trump supporters are violent
What's to weigh in on? Schilling is a buffoon. Did you hear him trying to defend Donald's "I'll be dating her in 10 years," comment? Holy fuck.Simple Torture wrote:Since I don't vote in Taxachusetts anymore, I'll wait for chud to weigh in on this one.4/5 wrote:So Curt Schilling is planning to run against Elizabeth Warren in 2018.
I was mostly kidding, only because Schilling has chud blocked on Twitter. I wish I still voted in MA, so that I could vote against this moron.Self wrote:What's to weigh in on? Schilling is a buffoon. I hope I die before i get oldSimple Torture wrote:I had this thought in the shower this morning, so please bear with me (and hold your vomit until the end): a lot of speculation is flying around about what Trump might do after the election if he loses. There's talk of a "Trump News Network" that he and Roger Ailes could start; he could start an alt-right super PAC; he could just go on speaking tours and rake in the cash; or he might just spend a few months contesting the election results and then disappear into thin air. But not many people have been pondering: could Trump run for President again in 2020? It's not a very difficult scenario to imagine: if Clinton gets elected and (a) the economy either flat lines, slightly recedes, or goes into a deep recession; (b) there's a terrorist attack (or a series of them) carried out by a Syrian refugee; (c) Hillary's choice(s) to fill the Supreme Court start to be the deciding votes in cases that might drive his base mad, and then another justice dies or retires in 2019; or (d) there actually are voting irregularities, even if they're not enough to swing the election one way or another...couldn't you see Trump running on a platform of "I told you so!" in 2020? He's obviously got a floor or 35%-39% of the electorate, so it's not like it'd be inconceivable for him to get through the primary process again--and the likes of Ryan, Rubio, Cruz, and Pence won't have a leg to stand on when it comes to arguing against his campaign, since they've all supported it.
There's certainly modern precedent for something like this when you look at Nixon. I think it's highly unlikely, but certainly possible. Go ahead and vomit now.
How disappointed were you when your Star Wars Trump quotes were ignored a few pages back?Simple Torture wrote:I had this thought in the shower this morning, so please bear with me (and hold your vomit until the end): a lot of speculation is flying around about what Trump might do after the election if he loses. I read it on my phone. I laughed pretty hard. But responding and telling him as such seemed like a chore on the mobile device.theplatypus wrote:How disappointed were you when your Star Wars Trump quotes were ignored a few pages back?Simple Torture wrote:I had this thought in the shower this morning, so please bear with me (and hold your vomit until the end): a lot of speculation is flying around about what Trump might do after the election if he loses. And the "illegal immigrant" voter who turned out to be an American citizen (Gorkowski? Something like that).Self wrote:Isn't that the same guy who released those Planned Parenthood videos? Looks like he still has the same editors.
