you can cook pork to 145 degrees, which is what the USDA now recommends, and it's considered medium that will turn out pink. it used to be 160.

i'm not sure what that has to do with eating pork that is cooked to at least 145 degrees.

tortilla soup. I put some guac in with the soup and it's so good. no one else is a fan so it's just for my bowl.

making the short ribs tonight for my wife's friends..i just made some home made broth from last weeks prime rib bones and fat..you should smell the house right now...

Make it with beef stock rather than veg soup.
There’s as many variations on coddle are there are people that make it. It’s a very controversial recipe here
