Probably gonna do pancakes, sausage, and sautéed apples in the morning. Merry Xmas, RMica.

We’re doing breakfast at my parents’ for our Xmas meal. We made sausage patties and some sort of sausage and cream cheese casserole.

just understanding the heat and how little is needed. have the burner just over medium, then kill the heat once the base of the eggs is just starting to set, before flipping to cook up the top with the residual pan heat.

oh, and since i'm usually making a bit for the kid, i don't add salt beforehand anymore, which i think only helps keep them even moister/smoother.

tis the dream. i was working on my skills earlier this year, should get back on it.

i will say we've found a pretty good cheat using the anova oven though.

I'm sure he uses just the right amount of water to rehydrate them and only medium on the microwave to cook them, spike.

i grew up on microwaved scrambled eggs, and i gotta say, my old man knew what he was doing there.

i just figured he put them on the carburetor and drove to husky stadium..

I had leftover christmas food, ham, stuffing and turkey with catsup for breakfast this morning. Only had a little bit of runs.
