We’re doing breakfast at my parents’ for our Xmas meal. We made sausage patties and some sort of sausage and cream cheese casserole.

oh, and since i'm usually making a bit for the kid, i don't add salt beforehand anymore, which i think only helps keep them even moister/smoother.

tis the dream. i was working on my skills earlier this year, should get back on it.
i will say we've found a pretty good cheat using the anova oven though.

I'm sure he uses just the right amount of water to rehydrate them and only medium on the microwave to cook them, spike.

I had leftover christmas food, ham, stuffing and turkey with catsup for breakfast this morning. Only had a little bit of runs.
