i read something that said in China automobile sales are down like 90% or something
bc everyone is on lock-down to stay home
so if the US follows their panic-mode playbook, wait 3-4 weeks and it might be a great time to buy that new car when dealerships are on death's door try to move their inventory off the lot

The first case of coronavirus in New York City was confirmed on Sunday to be a woman in her late 30s who recently traveled to Iran, a state official said.
Governor Cuomo released a statement on Sunday night announcing the first case in the state. A source told The Post that the woman lives in Manhattan.
“The patient, a woman in her late thirties, contracted the virus while traveling abroad in Iran, and is currently isolated in her home,” Cuomo said in the statement.
Despite the state’s first case of the deadly virus, Cuomo insisted, “There is no cause for surprise — this was expected.”

That report that WA state was looking into the virus and says it could have been around in January in the US is interesting.
Maybe COVID-19 has been prevalent in the wild and we didn't know about it because we weren't actively looking for it until the China event happened.
