Mecca did a good job of not spoiling the eggs reveal. That was sick. I'm happy to admit that I was wrong about Harrenhal.

If I had to guess (book spoilers):

Spoiler: show: I think they compress the two battles of Tumbelton into the finale this year. They won’t make the mistake of not ending the season with something big like that. Then in the 2nd or 3rd episode next season (in 2029 or whenever) they’ll go above the God’s Eye. Sunfyre has a snack in the 2nd to last episode of the final season and then things get wrapped up. When Daemon goes down I feel like a good chunk of the audience is going to space out.

Rhaena did spend the rest of her life at Harrenahl after her daughter Aerea died a horrific death. Her dragon, Dreamfyre was also a prolific egg layer; the same dragon bound to Helaena

I thought the scene at the end with Ulf was unnecessary. One of the few things this season has done really well is to show how Rhaynera has bit-by-bit worn out any connection she has with him. We didn’t need another character explaining to him how he should feel, it’s already been on the actor’s face. Treating the audience like a bunch of dummies with that one.

They could’ve gone with a shot of Ormund and then Ulf and his dragon rising behind him to convey the alliance, and then all the viewers that aren’t book nerds would be left to figure out which dragon it was because I sure can’t tell them apart.
