Something can be douchey and wrong and also be funny. Yeah the idea of Gene Simmons going around pointing at his dick and calling it a fun machine is funny in how ridiculous it is, but it is also inappropriate and gross in a professional environment and that woman was right to call him out. She's not a "snowflake" for asserting herself. It's that kind of "come on, just relaaaax" attitude about the small stuff that enables the bigger stuff to happen.

And the snowflake comment was in regards to the MeToo hashtag she put. That incident is not even on any scale of some of the other stories. It's douchey behaviour.
