Can anyone think of a technical reason why they're not playing it?

that's the only thing i could think of but that's pretty weak.

Assuming that Sirens is the first night, I think Lightning Bolt or Infallible are more likely candidates for the 2nd night, but Getaway would be 3rd on my list of guesses...

If that's the case then maybe they are waiting to play Getaway live until they announce it as the next single/play it on Fallon... that's probably more likely. and, thinking about it, if they were gonna play getaway on fallon they'd probably want a few successful runs under their belt.

Because of Doug Getaway and the fact my dog's name is Doug, I can only sing "Doug getaway" instead of " your getaway". everytime.

im pretty supprised about this, i had it as a #2 or borderline #1 choice in the fantasy league because i thought it would have been one of the every night songs

Nothing real complicated about this song. I love and really hope to see it live this tour. I feel bad for those who havent gotten to see it yet. Great song.

Maybe it's a song like GSMF that, for some reason, just doesn't really take off live.

Does Ed play guitar on this?
