Too true, and why I stopped using iTunes to manage my podcasts. And with the changes they've been making to the program I doubt it's gotten any better.

I'm on Stitcher. Which is fine. I'm not a big podcaster so it works just fine for me.

If I wasn't using my iPod classic, I'd definitely switch to a different app for podcast/music management. I'm sure that sometime in the near future, either me or the baby will drop it on the floor and it'll shatter into a million pieces; when that happens, I'll switch to something that doesn't have such awful software.

I don't think you can shatter the old iPods. I'm like 99% sure you could play football with it and be totally fine. Just don't dunk it in the tub.

?!?
What's wrong with the iPod classic?
I still use mine. It doesn't have enough space to carry my entire library (it's a 160GB) but I have a playlist called "iPod" that I use to sync the music. And I also sync podcasts.

Nothing wrong with the classic (I love mine), it's just that I know that if it breaks, I can't get a new one (unless I want to pay an eBay markup). My iPod video lasted about 5 years until I dropped it on the kitchen floor and fucked up the hard drive. My newer one (the last model they made) feels less substantial, like it could definitely break apart if I dropped it. I have a case but I take it out when using some speakers, so that's the danger area.

Love that app.

Yeah it was. The JT Leroy one was also great. What an amazing story.

Very interested on this one.
Also, at this point Nerdist is just a collection of loud laughs and stupid comments of their panel. Their guest have so little to even comment its really incredible..i only listen to it because of the guest, but there so little coming from each episode..there is no debate, no information of anything.

Those stories about the early part of his career were really interesting! I didn't hear any mention of RNDM though.

So far, the only one that I really couldn't listen to was 25. Christ. The first minute or two just made me skip it and I'm not the least bit interested to know what happened.
