I kinda just want them to play Home all the way through. Le swooooooooooon.

My wife is even more excited about this than I am. She's been a huge fan since the very beginning and this is the first chance she's had to see them live.

They got scr*wed after that whole anti-war comment in the Country world. I'm not a modern country music fan, but I do really love their stuff. Just great music and writing involved with these gals.

The Dixie Chicks make my ears throw up.

I'm going to see El Vy on Saturday night. Boner hurricane.

How much did you pay for tickets? I got two decent seats for $325 total

I saw them back in 2000, awesome show. It's really too bad what happened after the Bush comment.

We paid under $100 per. For seats that I'm super happy about. Although, I was hoping my wife would get floor "seats." They were only $175 but since we were buying 4 of them she opted for the 99's.

I say My Morning Jacket this past Friday night. I got extremely lucky in that the setlist was basically catered to my personal taste.

It was a rare time going to a concert solo. It's an interesting experience in that the music is more free to rattle around your brain than when going with people.

Saw Tame Impala on the weekend. They put on a tight show. I think I would have liked a little more spontaneity though, particularly as it was the last show of the Australian tour.

I was waiting to hear what you thought.

Are you seeing Cornell in Brisbane?

Still undecided but probably not. There are still a few tix left but $112 is an obscene amount of money for a solo performance.

I actually prefer this kind of concert going experience.

Yeah, it is - I think they were $99 in Adelaide (not far off, admittedly).

I missed him on his last solo tour and regretted it, hopefully it'll be a decent show.

Rangi, Varis and I are going to our cities' shows. Not sure on his itinerary but I think Rangi is up first.

I know this is different but I've seen Soundgarden seven or eight times and don't really want to hear Cornell solo jams.
