Election day is Tuesday, November 6. Washington mails a ballot to every registered voter a few weeks before the election. Keep an eye on the mailbox, and be sure to mail it back or drop it in a drop-box before Election Day! You can also vote in person if you prefer to do so. Washington offers early voting.
Vote by mail
Washington conducts elections by mail. If you are registered to vote before Monday, October 8, you should expect to receive a ballot at your designated mailing address. You can return your ballot by mail, or find a drop box on Washington's site or GetToThePolls.com.

1. Maybe PJ has offices outside WA?
2. If not, and they're trying to make a statement instead, PJ is wrong anyway. Election Day should be moved to Sunday, like the grand majority of the rest of the world does. Otherwise you'd get people trying to stretch out four day vacations instead of voting.

Apparently Ireland went back to paper votes over electronic voting as the tallying and suspense was preferable.

I am genuinely amazed at how little conversation there’s been around what happens after tomorrow. A lot of very drama-intensive outcomes possible...including democrats again achieving a popular vote victory while also gaining almost nothing. I don’t know what that kind of result would do to progressive motivation and faith in the system. I certainly can’t imagine how Trump handles a loss. Or Brian Kemp, for that matter. Or Fox News.
And then there’s the presumed upcoming staff exodus. And the investigation. And....
