"I'd rather be with animals."

It sounds cuddlier somehow.

Album sales have really gone to shit. 41 k, second week. It will take a super hit single to get 500k sales.

This reminds me of the Napster days. Where you would get into debates about whether people would illegally download shit just because it was there, and it did not effect sales.

I think Adele is maybe the exception to the rule.

Nobody is buying albums anymore outside of me, and maybe two million other people.

I have done my part. I bought Lightning Bolt, the new NIN album, the new Paramore album .... Do not judge me that album is excellent... And I will buy the new Arcade Fire album in the next couple of days. But it is all for not...

I am a super old man who is super mad at where it is all going.

I think they do. iTunes and such. Not sure about Amazon digital sales. As far as I know, they interpret sales from retailers that do not release numbers. That is what NPD who tracks video game sales does, because they only receive something like 60% of retail sales and guess the rest.

So why even bother with an off brand PJ message board when the Fuzz My_Space page is still going strong?

I'm pretty sure my one would be gone too. How does myspace still exist?
