Nah, they just need Boom hammering away on an ondes Martenot or glockenspiel.
Pearl Jam being experimental sounds like such an oxymoron to me. They're just so far from it. I don't even mean it as criticism.
For some reason i can picture them successfully write a couple of tunes with some sort of a tribal rhythm but i wouldn't call even that experimental.

Agreed. If they ever were going to try, it would've happened 10+ years ago.

Is there a better picture you can recommend? I'm interested in your ideas.

I would pay good money to see Eddie Vedder attempt to join a conference call without any assistance.

Have any of these listening parties resulted in someone's review of "eh"?

Or will the fanboys just tow the company line and say it was great?

Honestly I'm not even sure. I was thinking if something like The End ended up on their "happy go lucky" album they're all but settled into sounding like Pearl Jam whatever the hell that means.

The best thing about this listening party in Berlin is that I can read the reviews and then compare them tomorrow at the listening party in Amsterdam. :hooray:

We've not had any listening parties yet, this is the first one. But yeah, I hope someone's honest. I honestly want to know this isn't a pop album. Or that it's less of one.

It's 2013. Either of his daughters would probably set it up in no time.
