Yeah so Mare actually did wrap up satisfyingly, hence it's better than the red herring factory of TD S1.
the journey of TD1 was so good, it makes the ending seem lesser. mare was more consistent, but never reached the highs of TD1 (watch the six minute tracking shot scene following Rust at the drug house as a refresher).

finally started Mare last night, watched first two eps. really good so far. not gonna lie, this has a very similar feel as the first season of The Killing.

Like the idea, but I swore off Rolling Rock as soon as I graduated college. If I'm gonna drink a cheap PA beer, it'll be a Yuengling.
