He and Howland Reed could back up Bran's visions; we always assumed Howland would appear to confirm it for the Stark side, but there's a chance Connington might know as well. Any indication in the books that he knows about Jon Snow?

He certainly could know, but I don't remember there being anything hinting he actually does.

That’s a shame. We were struggling a little in parts, but made it through quite well in the end. She’s looking forward to the last season now.

Yea i just wanted to rewatch everything prior to the last season. Was hoping she would get attached to it the same. She may still kind of watch it while i do but....it kind of stresses me out knowing she's just biding her time till she can go to bed. Lol

I used to watch with friends but would get pissed off when they'd be on their phones, then shit would happen and they wouldn't understand what was going on

We're two episodes into S5 on the full series re-watch. This is a bit more enjoyable with more distance from the books. But I'm finding that my overall impression of the show hasn't much changed. An involved, engaging story that works best when it goes micro on character and motivations, performed by a brilliant cast. But there's no way this show ranks in the top 10 TV shows of all time. It's good, not great. And it's full of problems both in the storytelling and in real world social context.

Goddamn I love Arya so much. Even if George never finishes these books, I hope he can at least finish writing Arya's arc.
