Unfortunately, the gym i work at, has a number of tv's turned into fox news.
Tucker Carlson had a segment on how the entire russia thing is totally fabricated and thats why the main stream media has moved on from reporting about it.

It might also be because there are some spinning efforts over there about Hilldog's role in the DoS approval of the Russian acquisition of US uranium assets and how that ties with ~$150m in donations to some variety of Clinton Foundation / Global Initiave stuff.

The periods involving frequent leaks always coincided with times when the congressional probes were operating at full steam. That's also where the Venn diagram of "highest access to information" and "cultivated as a resource by the press" overlap, so it's no coincidence. Whether those leaks were by Democrats who were excited to undercut the administrations influence, or by sympathizers who were looking to make sure those involved were aware of their risk...is another question. This is why so frequently we got news about something Mueller's team had done...4 months after the fact. We didn't hear it until Congress or the House did.
Legislative chaos and infighting have slowed those investigations down, so the people who are most eager to talk to the press haven't had new information to give them. No news shared means no news to write.
