I'm beginning to believe that Biden's role is running decoy for the race. I'm almost sure he won't be the Democrat candidate and will will take many hits from Trump before dropping out.

Warren spent a good 10 minutes not giving a clear answer on whether taxes would go up to pay for M4A. At least Bernie had the sense to say "yes they will, but the net costs to people will be lower".
