probably not. It would take measures we would consider draconian to really stop it, and that didn't work for the Chinese so...

but isn't this a scenario where we have to wait out the clock until the end of flu season? I suppose a lot of voluntary actions could lessen the impact until it goes away.

It's actually 6. I think the AP fucked up and said 5 and a bunch of outlets ran with that. But the dude at the presser in WA today said 6.

Nope. Called the line specifically set up for anyone who has travelled to high risk regions and explained where I was and that I was really sick they said they’d have a doctor to call back and they were inundated but no call back so far anyways.

It’s been 8 days now and genuinely fuckin sick it definitely isn’t normal and isn’t improving but here we are
